What We Look For in RVs
- We prefer units that are 2018 or newer, but older models may be considered upon inspection.
- Your RV must be clean inside and out and fully stocked with essentials like linens, silverware, a coffee maker, and other necessities.
How It Works
- You handle customer inquiries, problem-solving, and necessary repairs during rentals.
- We provide a list of mobile RV repair contacts to assist with any issues that arise. If something breaks, it must be fixed promptly to avoid losing rental income.
- Paradise RV Rentals markets the website, attracts customers, and processes payments—including many return customers.
- We take a commission for sending business your way. You’ll receive your payment via Cash App at the time of setup.
Your Responsibilities
1. You are responsible for confirming rentals and being the primary point of contact from booking to pick-up.
2. You must carry RV rental insurance from MBA (preferred) or Roamly—no other policies qualify.
3. We will help you set a profitable rental price that remains competitive in the market.
4. If you’re out of town or unavailable, we will block out those dates.
5. If we send a rental lead and you choose not to accept it, just let us know—we’ll make other arrangements.
